Insert the black wire from the standard Servo into the black row of the breadboard.
Repeat with the black wire from the continuous Servo.

STEM Connections

Remember that the black row is connected to GND on the Arduino board through the black wire. Using the breadboard allows both of the black wires from the Servos to be connected to GND.

Even though the Servos have power they will not move, because the Servos are not yet receiving any instructions from the Arduino board.
